Seller is responsible to pay buyer’s broker fee, generally 3% of sales price. Roadrunner charges a flat fee of $3,500, rather than a percentage of sales price (generally 3%). A non-refundable deposit of $350 + 50% of the value of any upgrades is due at the time a listing agreement is signed. Deposits will be credited back at closing, but are non-refundable should the listing agreement be cancelled, withdrawn, or expired.
To be eligible to receive the $1,000 buyer’s closing cost credit, a minimum sales price of $150,000 is required. Homes with a sales price of under $150,000 may receive a closing cost credit of no less than $500.
