Jonathan was amazing to work with and was a huge help buying our first home. He was available to answer all our questions and is extremely knowledgeable. I've long felt that paying real estate agents 3% of the sell price for listing your home was ridiculous - especially today when the way you connect with buyers is by having good photos on Zillow. I was surprised when I found that Texas Roadrunner Realty (Jonathan Yokley) was offering a flat rate listing fee that would be around 1% of the sell price.

Still skeptical, I interviewed him and two other traditional realtors (including one who is also the broker and only charges 1.9%). He impressed me in the interview and made it easy to choose him to list our house.

Jonathan is enthusiastic and enjoyable to work with. He's young and sometimes a typo slips in here and there, but I'm still glad we worked with him. If you're looking for a realtor who will get great photos and listen to your needs without stealing a big chunk of your profit, I highly recommend Texas Roadrunner Realty.

It was a pleasure working with Texas Roadrunner Reality. The house I sold was under contract 3 different times. After the first 2 contracts fell through I was having thoughts of dropping the price or even turning it into a rental instead. My agent encouraged me to stay the course and after a few more days it was back under contract for the original selling price. Texas Roadrunner Reality is a very professional organization with a calm and steady approach which helps to minimize the stress of buying or selling a property. I will certainly use them again when the time comes.

You will not find a more qualified person to help you sell your home. Jonathan makes you feel like you are ALWAYS his priority, and communication with him back and forth is second to none! He will saves you a fortune with his flate rate fee, and he is one of the easiest people I've ever done business with!! I will refer ALL my friends and family to him!! Do NOT use a traditional realtor, as they are stealing your hard earned equity from you. Jonathan is there for you, your family, and your hard earned future!!! I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!!
