This 30 acre Hill Country Ranch has it all including an income stream. This is an active Air/BnB destination with reservations most weekends. There are 2 separate cabins with each set up as a 1 bedroom, 1 bath structure - both cabins also feature additional sleeping arrangements. The cabins are set up side-by-side to form a "courtyard" with protection from the weather, etc. and an elevated terrace to watch the sunset. Around the perimeter is a metal water trough to use as a "swimming pool" and a heated hot tub for you to enjoy. There is a main ranch road that will take you from the entrance gate to the top of the hill. The entire ranch is fenced. About half-way up the hill is a dirt stock tank that acts like a magnet for all the wildlife that abounds. There are deer, hog, bob cat, dove, auodad, axis, turkey. Many folks say this is a Hunters' Paradise. This is a ranch with everything. The AirBnB is a good income stream, too.
