This property is a pilots dream, but also a ranchers playground. Centrally located on the property is a metal structure that was once intended to be a hangar. The East facing side has a hydraulic powered lift door big enough to fit a small plane. The west facing side has a similar system, but lifts up rather than out. The owner once had plans of putting in a runway diagonally across the property. The tract is 50 acres flat, and offers lots of grazing for wildlife. There is a propane tank powering a generator that runs to the hangar. Electric is supplied by Medina Electric co-op, and water from Yancey Water Supply. There is also a septic tank in place.
