The Rzeka Ranch is a great recreational property located only 8 miles from Concan. The 136.29 acres is located at the end of a private road and has a wide variety of native and exotic wildlife that frequent the ranch. Located near the center of the property is a tiny home with two queen beds, bathroom, kitchen, and large deck overlooking the valley. The tiny home is serviced by rainwater collection but could easily be tied in with the water well on the property. There is a storage barn and some additional outbuildings.
