Located in northern Bee county is a beautiful turnkey hunting ranch. This ranch has a wet weather creek running the western edge. Dry Medio Creek in the SW corner, and a 2,000+ acre ranch to the south, making wildlife abundant. Some trail cam pictures are included, but more can be sent upon request! Roads and Senderos are plentiful throughout the property. There is an active well, but they rarely check it and the cleared area around is being used as a food plot. A water well and electricity are already in place and some blinds and feeders are included in the sale.
