Seller is responsible to pay buyer’s broker fee, generally 3% of sales price. Roadrunner charges a flat fee of $$3,995, rather than a percentage of sales price (generally 3%).
To be eligible to receive the $1,000 buyer’s closing cost credit, a minimum sales price of $150,000 is required. Homes with a sales price of under $150,000 may receive a closing cost credit of no less than $500.
